Kumon Franchise Expands in the San Francisco Bay Area with the Opening of its First Math and Reading Center in Pittsburg, California

July 12, 2017 // Franchising.com // Teaneck, N.J. - Thousands of additional parents in Contra Costa County will now have access to an individualized learning program for their preschool to high school aged children. Kumon, the world’s largest after-school math and reading program, is opening a learning center in Pittsburg, California. This is the first center in the city and 17th in the county.

With the demand for supplemental education programs at an all-time high, Kumon has seen a massive expansion, opening 42 new centers in the San Francisco Bay Area in the past five years.
