Philly Pretzel Factory Opens Three New Locations in the 30th Street Station to Better Serve Commuters and Visitors

Philly Pretzel Factory Excited to Gain New Consumers and Gain Visibility in a Major Transportation Hub

PHILADELPHIA - July 20, 2017 // PRNewswire // - Philly Pretzel Factory is announcing the opening of three new locations in the 30th Street Station, one of the busiest intercity passenger railroad facilities in the United States. The new Philly Pretzel Factory locations opened at 2955 Market Street in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on July 11, to better serve commuters and city visitors alike.

The 30th Street Station sees more than 7 million people a year as the main railroad station in Philadelphia, and one of the seven stations in Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority's Center City fair zone. It is also a major stop on Amtrak and New Jersey Transit train lines.

With more than 170 locations nationwide, the world's largest Philly-style bakery is always looking for great expansion opportunities across the Philadelphia-area, south to Florida and west to Las Vegas. The brand is excited to have a presence in one of the nation's most heavily foot trafficked transportation hubs and to gain major exposure to new consumers on a daily basis.

"Opening these locations in the 30th Street Station will help expose our product and brand to city visitors and daily commuters, alike," said Chief Development Officer Tom Monaghan. "With thousands of consumers coming through the station on a daily basis, we are excited to continue providing our product lines to new fans. We will continue to look for qualified franchise partners that want to help bring Philly-style pretzels to new corners of the U.S."

Philly Pretzel Factory has major development plans for the U.S., looking to add 70 additional locations across America over the next year, and a new focus on building out the Midwest. With recent and upcoming openings in Indiana, Illinois, Ohio and Missouri, the team knows that there is a clear consumer demand for their freshly-made pretzels "served hot outta the oven."
