RE/MAX Celebrates Sixth-Annual Month of Miracles

August Serves as Month-Long Reminder of Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals, RE/MAX Partnership

August 02, 2017 // Franchising.com // DENVER – One in 10 children in North America are treated by a Children’s Miracle Network Hospital (CMN Hospital) each year. Throughout the month of August, RE/MAX agents, offices and RE/MAX, LLC are celebrating the sixth-annual RE/MAX Month of Miracles to support of the millions of children treated at the 170 member hospitals across the U.S. and Canada.

“Month of Miracles is a time to reflect on all of the amazing ways RE/MAX agents and offices support CMN Hospitals,” said Mike Reagan, Senior Vice President, Business Alliances, RE/MAX, LLC. “Our agents have put their money where the miracles are for 25 years, and this month-long celebration serves as an important reminder for the continued needs for donations and support.”

RE/MAX agents and brokers have invested in the well-being of their local communities by raising $157 million for CMN Hospitals since 1992. Last year alone, RE/MAX Affiliates in the U.S. and Canada donated over $10 million through the Miracle Home and Miracle Property programs.

Through these programs, RE/MAX Associates and offices can make regular donations to their local CMN Hospital through the Miracle System, a newly revamped online donation center, after each closed transaction. Agents can also utilize customizable Honor Cards to donate to their local CMN Hospital in their clients’ names, serving as the perfect closing gift for buyers and sellers. RE/MAX agents who donate $500 or more in a year to their local CMN Hospital through the Miracle System becomes a Miracle Agent; and any office that donates $2,000 or more in a year becomes a Miracle Office.

Each donation helps fund pediatric medical equipment, treatments, charitable care and other healthcare services for local CMN hospitals. As the contributions continue to grow, RE/MAX Associates are able to aid a larger number of sick and injured children.

In addition to participating in the Miracle Home and Miracle Property programs, RE/MAX offices and agents celebrate Month of Miracles by hosting events such as golf tournaments, motorcycle rides, benefit dinners, auctions and other community fundraisers.
