Arooga's Earns Another National Award, Recognized on Full Service Restaurant Magazine’s list of the "Top 50 Emerging Restaurants Chains"

Months after being named to the Top 500 Franchises of 2017 by Entrepreneur Magazine, Arooga’s Grille House & Sports Bar, the Harrisburg, Penn-born-and-based national award-winning full-service casual restaurant and bar, now appears on another coveted list: FSR Magazine’s “The Top 50 Emerging Restaurant Chains,” which features the 50 high-potential, performance-proven full-service brands with fewer than 50 locations.

“We stay grateful and are always fired up to be recognized by prestigious industry stalwarts like FSR Magazine,” said Arooga’s president and co-founder Gary Huether, Jr. “We feel Arooga’s gets better every day and we are extremely honored when we learn that restaurant experts at FSR have taken notice.”

FSR Magazine says Arooga’s, which recently celebrated its 9th anniversary, is a tech-savvy brand which offers a cardless loyalty program (guests sign up online) and also has online ordering capabilities and catering services among its highlights. Since opening its first restaurant in Harrisburg, PA in 2008, Arooga’s has strived to offer its guests the ultimate sports bar experience by offering the latest trends in technology and service.

Arooga’s has also paved the way for sports bars everywhere to offer guests healthy dining alternatives by sourcing clean ingredients that are free of antibiotics and hormones, and in many cases certified organic.
