Local Texas Family to Open First BurgerFi Location in Arlington on August 7

August 10, 2017 // Franchising.com // Arlington, Texas - BurgerFi, among the nation’s fastest growing, award-winning gourmet burger concepts, will open its doors for business on Monday, August 7 at 11 a.m. at 1807 N. Collins St., Suite 101, down the street from the AT&T Stadium. Known for delivering the all-natural burger experience in a fast-casual environment, the restaurant has a commitment to quality food that ensures no steroids, antibiotics, growth hormones, chemicals or additives are ever used. In addition to using Angus beef that is humanely raised and sustainably farmed, recipes are created from natural, fresh ingredients.

The franchise family trio of Steve and Bebee Milam, along with their son Cameron, fell in love with the all-natural concept of BurgerFi when they flew all the way from Texas to Florida to try BurgerFi for the very first time after a friend’s recommendation. The Milam’s chose to expand BurgerFi’s footprint in the heart of the entertainment district of the Dallas-Ft. Worth area – located near the AT&T Stadium, Six Flags, Global Life Park and the Arlington Convention Center.

“Being in the franchise business for over ten years, we saw the demand for a better burger restaurant in Tarrant County where our community could enjoy our unrivaled mouth-watering menu offerings,” said franchisee Milam. “As we get ready to open at the center of all things entertainment and with football season around the corner, we look forward to becoming the go-to burger destination for families before, during and after a game or entertainment outing.”

The 2,700-square-foot restaurant has a seating capacity for approximately 97 patrons inside their dining room and patio seating for 48. The space also features various eco-friendly elements including:

  • Picnic and four-top tables made from over 700,000 upcycled milk jugs
  • Industrial-style chairs with select red chairs made of 111 upcycled Coca-Cola bottles
  • Wood panel walls made from the most renewable timber available —Number 2 southern pine lumber
  • A 10-ft fan that consumes 88% less energy
  • 100% recycled paper countertops
  • 100% energy efficient LED lighting

BurgerFi’s offerings feature chef-driven menu items, including their made-in-house VegeFi burger, Vienna hot dogs with all the fixings, fresh hand-cut fries and onion rings served with housemade sauces, frozen custard, natural sugar cane sodas, and a variety of craft burgers.

Opening during the peak of summer, the new location will be serving BurgerFi’s newest offerings such as the Summer BBQ Burger, featuring double natural Angus patties topped with pulled pork, sweet BBQ sauce, pickles, and crispy made-to-order slaw with white cheddar and American cheese.
