FirstLight Home Care is Coming to the Eastside of King County, Washington

National non-medical home care provider announces plan to expand to King County

August 31, 2017 // Franchising.com // SEATTLE - FirstLight Home Care, an award-winning provider of non-medical home care, today announced it will open an office in Seattle to serve residents in the Eastside, including Woodinville, Kirkland, Medina, Bellevue and Mercer Island. The new FirstLight location is scheduled to open in November and will be owned and operated by local entrepreneur Paul Healy.

The new FirstLight Home Care office will serve area seniors, adults with disabilities, new mothers, those recovering from surgery and other adults in need of assistance. FirstLight caregivers help with many needs - from personal hygiene and household duties such as cooking, cleaning, and running errands, to mobility assistance and dementia care.

“Paul recognized a growing need in the Eastside area for the brand of service FirstLight offers and stepped up to the challenge,” said Jeff Bevis, CEO of FirstLight Home. “We’re confident the service provided by Paul and his team of caregivers will fill the needs of the communities they serve. This will be a great addition to the Eastside area.”

Since opening its first franchise location in 2010, FirstLight Home Care has experienced steady growth and is now operating more than 240 locations in 33 states throughout the U.S.
