Billy Sims BBQ will open in Ada, Okla., on Thursday, September 7 at 1510 Hoppe Blvd. in South Ridge Shopping Center. The restaurant location underwent a complete renovation and will host the Chamber of Commerce on September 7 to celebrate the opening with a ribbon cutting ceremony.
Billy Sims BBQ’s extensive menu includes nine meats, including favorites such as ribs, beef brisket, pulled pork, chicken, turkey and even bologna! All meats are smoked daily over pecan wood in the restaurants. Completing the lineup are traditional sides with a twist, such as loaded baked potato salad and a mustard-based potato salad, freshly smoked corn, coleslaw, baked beans with pulled pork, green beans with bacon, and entrée size salads with fresh vegetables. All Billy Sims BBQ restaurants have an in-house smoker with a strategically placed cutting station, which shows guests that meats are freshly sliced prior to serving.
“We found a great location and worked hard to renovate it into a welcoming spot for Ada friends and families to enjoy the best barbecue,” said Justin Shaw, franchisee Billy Sims BBQ. “Our team looks forward to serving our new guests and introducing the community to our menu.”
The Ada, Okla., restaurant is owned by franchisee Justin Shaw. This is Justin’s second restaurant. He opened the Billy Sims BBQ Ardmore, Okla., in 2014.
