This Is It! BBQ and Seafood Announces Opening of New Curbside To-Go Location in Riverdale, Georgia and Free Food for Soft Open

This Is It! BBQ and Seafood will continue its First Fruits tradition as it opens its doors in Riverdale on September 27, 2017 to serve free food to patrons while supplies last.

ATLANTA, GEORGIA (PRWEB) September 21, 2017 - Residents of the City of Riverdale should prepare their taste buds for a new flavor in town. This Is It! BBQ and Seafood restaurant chain owner, Shelley “Butch” Anthony has announced the opening of its newest store, featuring curbside to-go service, located at 6560 Highway 85, Riverdale, Georgia 30274. The store will serve free food to patrons to kick off the soft opening named “First Fruits Day” on Wednesday, September 27, 2017 starting at 11:45 a.m. while supplies last.

By tradition, This Is It! BBQ and Seafood’s First Fruits Day has become a way to say “thank you” and give back to the community. Anthony’s concept of first fruits derives from his Christian roots and the belief that because God created everything that exists, all of creation belongs to him (Psalm 24:1). Consequently, that which is first and best belongs to him and is to be given to him. In addition to free food on September 27, Anthony will also treat patrons to a company-wide “Buy One Dinner, Get One 50 Percent Off” promotion on Wednesday, October 4, 2017 in celebration of the Riverdale Grand Opening, Fayetteville (N. Glynn) Re-Grand Opening and Stockbridge location coming soon.
The new Riverdale store is the ideal lunch and dinner spot for commuters looking to trade in the typical burger and fry for a real meal on the go. This location will exclusively offer curbside ordering/pickup and a walk-up window to expedite service. Another exciting new addition to this location is a carving station window inside the restaurant to allow patrons to view delicious meats such as juicy ribs and hickory-smoked holiday turkeys being carved fresh for the serving line.

About the Owner & Founder

Shelley “Butch” Anthony III has emerged to become one of the most accomplished and admired African-American entrepreneurs in Atlanta, Georgia. Growing up in Tampa, Florida, as a child he helped his parents operate their family owned restaurant. After working in the corporate sector for a few years and acquiring an enhanced business acumen, Anthony decided to return to his family roots and passion for food.
