Staffing Industry Analysts Names PrideStaff COO and EVP Tammi Heaton to "Global Power 100" List of Leading Women in Staffing for Third Consecutive Year

September 27, 2017 // // PrideStaff, a national, franchised staffing organization, is pleased to announce that their Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President, Tammi Heaton, was named to Staffing Industry Analysts' "Global Power 100" list of the most powerful women in staffing for the third year in a row.

While anecdotal evidence indicates that women dominate the staffing industry, few make it to boardrooms. The "Global Power 100" list is designed to honor these rising, female stars in the North American staffing industry who share a passion for promoting and developing talent. Comprised of policymakers, businesspersons, technologists, crusaders and entrepreneurial thinkers, the powerhouses on this list are making a positive impact in their respective staffing organizations and, by extension, the world of work.

Heaton's willingness to tackle difficult tasks and unwavering focus on customer experience have propelled PrideStaff to 220% growth over the last five years. Having recently celebrated her 20-year anniversary with the national staffing and placement organization, Heaton is proud of the results she has helped PrideStaff achieve. "Being named to SI Analysts' list of Leading Women in Staffing for the past three years is a natural outcome of working in an industry and organization I love," said Heaton. "I'm incredibly proud to help PrideStaff achieve our growth goals, build our brand and create a rising tide of talent to ensure our continued success for years to come."

George Rogers, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of PrideStaff, is proud of the recognition Heaton continues to receive, year after year. "Making the Global Power 100 list for a third consecutive year affirms what I've known about Tammi since hiring her in 1997. She is a natural leader, a staffing visionary and an indispensable executive whose value within our organization continues to increase," said Rogers. "It is a privilege to work with such a dynamic and passionate staffing professional."
