With one in eight women developing invasive breast cancer over the course of their lifetimes, the fundraiser is designed to offer Bar Louie guests a unique way to help those affected by breast cancer while celebrating their efforts.

As part of its fundraiser, Bar Louie is offering a special ‘Pom Pink Sangria’ drink with Absolute Lime, St-Germain, pomegranate and Chloe Chardonnay - an exceptionally well-balanced wine with sophisticated intensity, creamy mid-palate and long finish.
Throughout the month of October, Chloe Wines, featured at all Bar Louie locations, will be donating $2 for each bottle of Chloe Chardonnay sold that month, up to $40,000, to benefit the BCCA and its efforts to eliminate breast cancer as a life-threatening illness.
Bar Louie will also host a special ‘Pink Party’ on Thurs., Oct. 12th featuring $3.50 signature martinis, $1.50 domestic beers, and a ‘double your donation’ offer in which guests who donate $5 to BCCA anytime that day will receive a $10 Bar Louie ‘Hook-Up’ gift card redeemable for food and non-alcoholic beverages at Bar Louie.
“At Bar Louie, we pride ourselves on giving back to our local communities and important causes,” continued Neitzel. “We hope our fundraiser will greatly enhance BCCA’s efforts to empower and support those experiencing breast cancer’s effects.”
As one of the most common malignancies among women in the U.S., breast cancer is the second leading cause of cancer death in women, with an estimated 250,000+ new cases of invasive breast cancer are expected to be diagnosed in 2017.
The BCCA’s mission is to eliminate breast cancer by focusing on educating, empowering and encouraging all women to become proactive in preventing and, if diagnosed, surviving breast cancer.
Funds raised during the October promotion and event will allow BCCA to directly help breast cancer patients by providing resources and support such as emergency financial assistance, beauty baskets, educational materials, workbooks, tools and guides.
