The Topeka restaurant served a company record of nearly 800 customers in a single day, which included almost 600 Gyro Pita sandwiches. For over four hours after opening, a line of more than 50 people stretched out the front door. System-wide sales have been strong, too, thanks to increased exposure and consumer demand through its new delivery service offering with UberEats. The company rolled out delivery service system-wide in March 2017 and currently has a 90-plus percent customer satisfaction rating on Uber.
The healthy, build-your-own fast-casual Mediterranean franchise has been a staple in the Miami-Fort Lauderdale area dining scene since opening its first location in 2010 in Fort Lauderdale. The brand has since opened locations in Plantation, Pembroke Pines, Miami Lakes, Doral and Kendall. The company expects to add another 10 signed franchise agreements this year to continue steady growth throughout the United States.
Gyroville seeks master franchise developers to continue developing the brand in the United States.
