Decorated Air Force Veteran and Cruise Line Industry Thought Leader to Generate Inspiration and Excitement at Dream Vacations National Conference

Keynote speakers Waldo Waldman and President and CEO of Royal Caribbean International Michael Bayley will motivate travel professionals to ACHIEVE success.

October 19, 2017 // Franchising.com // Fort Lauderdale, Fla. - Dream Vacations, which is part of World Travel Holdings - the world's largest cruise agency and award-winning leisure travel company, has announced an all-star lineup of speakers for its 2017 National Conference aboard Royal Caribbean International’s Harmony of the Seas. Michael Bayley, president and CEO of Royal Caribbean International, along with Lt. Col. (ret.) Waldo Waldman, a decorated Air Force Veteran, will headline the award-winning conference’s general sessions, while life coach Jo-Aynne von Born will offer a more holistic approach to managing and owning a small business.

“We’re thrilled to have Dream Vacations travel professionals on board our latest innovation and the world’s largest cruise ship, Harmony of the Seas,” said Michael Bayley, President and CEO, Royal Caribbean International. “The travel agent community is a cornerstone of our business, and to have a major part in bringing them together to elevate their success by hosting this prestigious conference is an incredible opportunity. They’re in for quite an adventure.”

Bayley will kick off the 2017 National Conference with an informative and engaging question and answer session moderated by World Travel Holdings Senior Vice President of Product & Operations David Crooks.

“We are known for pushing the envelope at our national conference and inviting inspirational world-class presenters to address our conference attendees,” said Drew Daly, general manager of network engagement and performance for Dream Vacations. “As the best travel agency business opportunity for military veterans, it is fitting to invite a war hero to share his tips on how military skills translate from the battlefield to the boardroom.”

Waldman will share how attendees can commit to excellence, break performance barriers and collaborate with business and life partners to achieve greatness in their personal and professional lives. In addition to meditation sessions each morning, von Born will coach agents on how they can practice mindfulness and breathing techniques that will positively impact their communication, relationships and decision-making both professionally and personally.

The 2017 National Conference will inspire attendees to evolve their business and set new goals for themselves. Together attendees will break through barriers with one goal in mind - to ACHIEVE greatness together by delivering memorable vacation experiences and dream vacations to all customers.
