Boston’s Gives Fans a Reason to Celebrate with New Gourmet Pastas
National Causal Dining Brand Debuts New Dishes, Available for a Limited Time, to Appeal to Fans’ Comfort This Season
November 13, 2017 // Franchising.com // DALLAS - Boston’s Pizza Restaurant & Sports Bar (Boston’s), is prepping for this winter’s cooler temperatures with classic Italian comfort food sure to please the whole family (or team!). The casual dining concept that combines a family-friendly restaurant and sports bar under one roof, has announced their new pasta lineup debuting at all locations on Monday, November 13.
The self-proclaimed “America’s Sports Restaurant,” Boston’s offers its guests a contemporary, sit-down dining atmosphere with a separate sports bar, allowing for family and friend gatherings of all sizes. Along with their traditional pasta dishes like the Mama Meata® Bow Tie Pasta and the Baked Lasagna, the new pasta dishes, available November 13 – January 14, include the following:
- Chicken and Shrimp Pasta: Grilled chicken breast and blackened shrimp over pappardelle pasta tossed in a creamy white sauce and finished with a lemon-garlic butter.
- Louisiana Pasta: Shrimp, chicken, and sausage sautéed with bell peppers and penne pasta tossed in a Cajun cream sauce.
- Penne Giardino: Roasted vegetables, marinated mushrooms, fresh tomato, and spinach tossed with penne pasta in olive oil, basil, and fresh garlic.
“Boston’s wants to be the place you choose to celebrate and cheers to the holiday season, so we’ve introduce three new gourmet pastas that offer a little comfort and a lot of flavor leading into these cooler months,” said Eric Taylor, President of Boston’s. “We want to tie our undeniably fresh and delicious food into a comprehensive sports experience so with these pastas, we’re inviting fans (new and old) to come out for all the Bowl Games…especially the ones you can eat.”
Along with the pasta dishes, Boston’s is featuring some of their new cocktails like the Knockout Punch, a tropical-tasting, refreshing cocktail with Sailor Jerry Rum, Cointreau, and orange juice, and the Lynchburg Ballpark Lemonade, a mix of Jack Daniel's Tennessee Whiskey, Cointreau, sweet & sour, and Mist Twist.
