Acquisition Provides Development Opportunities in the Mid-Atlantic

December 14, 2017 // Franchising.com // DALLAS - Fast-casual restaurant chain, Corner Bakery Cafe, has purchased seven Philadelphia area cafes from its Newtown, Pennsylvania based franchisee, The Rose Group. The transaction strategically expands the company operated restaurant portfolio in the Mid-Atlantic area.

“This acquisition fits well within our current operating footprint in Northern Virginia, D.C and Maryland and will allow us to explore further development throughout the region” said Corner Bakery Cafe CEO Frank Paci.
