RE/MAX Execs Kick Off 44-City Profit/Ability Speaking Tour

Tour Concludes in February after Hitting Major Markets in U.S. & Canada

December 15, 2017 // Franchising.com // DENVER – Executives from RE/MAX, LLC, the Denver-based global real estate franchisor, recently hit the road for a 44-city speaking tour throughout the United States and Canada. Headlining 13 locations are RE/MAX Co-CEOs Dave Liniger and Adam Contos who developed the Profit/Ability tour to outline critical strategies RE/MAX franchise owners can use to recruit and retain agents, grow operations and build thriving businesses.

RE/MAX President Geoff Lewis and Executive Vice President, Business and Product Strategy., Pete Crowe presented the first session in Salt Lake City on Nov. 27. The tour will conclude in Las Vegas, Nevada, at the RE/MAX R4 International Convention, Feb. 25, and will visit more than 40 major markets along the way including Orlando, Florida, Seattle, Washington, Toronto, Ontario, and Vancouver, British Columbia.

“We want to capitalize on our tremendous momentum and help broker/owners leverage our commanding share of voice to boost recruiting efforts and agent productivity,” said Contos, who was named RE/MAX Co-CEO earlier this year. “We’ve done tours like this throughout our history knowing that nothing replaces face-to-face training and education sessions with the best broker/owners in the business.”

The Profit/Ability tour is free to RE/MAX franchise owners and in many cities will feature a morning session with RE/MAX executives followed by an afternoon of workshops and roundtables.

“Helping our offices ‘lead for profitability’ is important,” said Liniger. “Greater office revenue drives enhanced services and benefits for our agents. In turn, those agents are able to deliver even better service to buyers and sellers. It’s a virtuous cycle that benefits everyone.”

RE/MAX was once again ranked a top 10 franchise in September’s Franchise Times Top 200© survey. Entrepreneur magazine named RE/MAX the top real estate franchise in its annual Top Global Franchises list, released in July. RE/MAX ranked 11th overall in the publication’s “2017 Top Global Franchises” list of 200 brands, based on data submitted for the Franchise 500®. The magazine also recognized RE/MAX in its “2017 Top Fastest Growing Franchises” rankings. RE/MAX was the only real estate brokerage franchise that qualified, taking the 15th spot overall. It was the fourth consecutive year RE/MAX was included in the annual list of fast-growing brands.
