Award-Winning Cafe To Open In Bluffton
The Restaurant Is One Of 7 Planned First Watch Openings In Partnership With RAS Concepts, LLC
January 10, 2018 // Franchising.com // BLUFFTON, South Carolina - First Watch, the popular national breakfast, brunch and lunch restaurant, today announced that it will open its newest restaurant in Bluffton. The new First Watch will open for business at 1121 Fording Island Road, on Monday, January 15, at 7 a.m. in the Grayco Shopping Center near Hobby Lobby. It will be the 240-restaurant company’s first location in South Carolina. The 3,200-square-foot restaurant will employ about 25 people.
The award-winning restaurant company currently operates restaurants in 27 states. First Watch has partnered with franchise group RAS Concepts, LLC, to bring the breakfast, brunch and lunch concept to Bluffton, and the franchise group has plans to open a total of 7 First Watch restaurants in the Savannah and Augusta, Georgia, markets, as well as Charleston, South Carolina. The group also owns Jersey Mike’s locations in Charleston and Chattanooga, Tennessee.
“We could not be more excited to bring First Watch’s unique approach to breakfast, brunch and lunch to our friends in Bluffton,” said Ryan Hendrix, co-owner of RAS Concepts, LLC. “This is an area that’s been lacking a truly fresh and innovative daytime-only concept, and it’s an honor to fill that gap here.”
First Watch’s curated menu takes an elevated approach to traditional and innovative offerings made to order using farm fresh ingredients. It includes crave-able items such as Avocado Toast, Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict, Farm Stand Breakfast Tacos and Lemon Ricotta Pancakes. The new restaurant offers healthy, flavorful favorites like house-made granola and pico de gallo, organic greens, house-roasted vegetables and cage-free eggs as well as more indulgent, traditional breakfast, brunch and lunch offerings. First Watch in Bluffton will also offer options from the restaurant’s Fresh Juice Bar – including the best-selling Kale Tonic – juiced in-house daily using only the highest quality fruits and vegetables.
The new restaurant will open with First Watch’s latest interior design, which combines farm fresh elements with a high-energy, urban vibe.
First Watch serves its entire menu seven days a week from 7 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. The restaurant also offers customers complimentary newspapers and free Wi-Fi Internet access.
