As Head of Operations, Pablo brings nearly a decade of experience in healthcare; ranging from skilled nursing facilities, home health, hospice and home care. He was able to help his previous home health agency in becoming a preferred provider at one of OC’s leading hospitals and with his strong background in marketing and relationships throughout OC; he has helped brand Home Care Assistance as thee premier home care provider in Orange County. Pablo finished his nursing program in 2014 and with his knowledge and sense of urgency he has managed to help bridge the gaps in care post discharge and build strategic partnerships in helping reduce readmission rates. Pablo views every family as his own and wants them to have the same experience I would like for his loved ones to receive and his focus is creating a positive experience for clients and their family.
