HydroDog Mobile Dog Grooming is Holding a Franchise Discovery Day Event

That is Open to the Public at The Rialto Banquet Hall in Hannibal, MO on Sunday, February 18th.

February 08, 2018 // Franchising.com // Hannibal, Missouri - HydroDog, the mobile dog grooming service that is the engine behind the Bathe To Save national tour to raise money and awareness for shelter dogs and rescue adoption throughout the country, is having a Franchise Discovery Day event from 10am to 4pm at The Rialto Banquet Hall in Hannibal, Missouri to meet with Area Representatives, new Franchisees, and members of the public interested in franchise opportunities throughout the country. HydroDog is establishing mobile dog grooming salon operations that will continue the legacy of the BatheToSave.com Tour in local communities nationwide on a recurring and permanent basis throughout the year.

HydroDog is the brainchild of former professional rugby player Anthony Amos who, at age 21, founded the mobile dog grooming business in his native Australia. HydroDog visits homes, businesses and other locations by appointment in a fiberglass grooming salon in the shape of a blue dog. Within four years HydroDog had grown to over 100 franchises across Australia. It was the first franchise of its kind to be in every state and territory of Australia. After the 100th franchise milestone was reached, HydroDog implemented a Master Franchise model taking the franchise system to the next level. All states and territories in Australia were sold within an 18 month period.

“This is an event for entrepreneurs seeking a growing franchise that combines philanthropy and social conscience elements with financial growth opportunity of a proven business model,” said Anthony Amos, who will be in Hannibal and Quincy for the duration of the week prior to the February 18th event. “Our franchisees work with dogs every day, and they serve as local leaders in the Rescue Movement as they conduct public dog washing events to support local shelters as a continuation our successful Bathe To Save tour that visited Hannibal and Quincy last summer.”

HydroDog groomers complete an expensive accredited program in a partnership with the prestigious Nash Academy in Louisville, Kentucky, ensuring pets get the care and treatment they deserve. Franchisees operate their own HydroDog grooming businesses, but they receive extensive marketing support and strategic guidance as part of the HydroDog family.

HydroDog’s philanthropic Bathe To Save events help to save shelter dogs from being euthanized by partnering with shelters and rescue organizations, hosting events and fundraisers, bathing dogs, and promoting animal adoption. Dogs in shelters that receive proper grooming are more likely to be adopted, and by extending Bathe To Save to established franchises nationwide, HydroDog aims to drastically reduce the estimate of 1.2 million shelter dogs euthanized each year when they cannot find homes. All event proceeds are donated back to animal rescue organizations. HydroDog has chosen Hannibal for its first Franchise Discovery Day event after the successful August 2017 Bathe To Save event in partnership with 2 Besties Biscuits and the Northeast Missouri Humane Society (NEMO). HydroDog looks forward to continuing this partnership.

The Rialto Banquet Hall is located at 601 Broadway in Hannibal, Missouri 63401. The event is from 10am to 4pm on Sunday, and is open to the public.
