Carla’s experience combined experience with caregiving and LVN school and her roles as agency receptionist and staffing manager make her the perfect fit for the Operations Manager role for the Pasadena office. She has experience taking care of her own grandparents as well as non-family members, so she understands what her caregivers go through on their shifts as well as the client’s expectations for care. This experience has given Carla the patience, understanding, and heart needed for her new role.
