Jupiter DreamMaker Introduces “Virtual Reality” Bath & Kitchen Remodeling

“Virtual reality tours have become ubiquitous in real estate, and using it is a wonderful way to design custom remodeling projects,” says Jupiter DreamMaker franchise manager Sarah Parmental. “Up until now, we have used a 3D drawing, but VR brings projects to life when planning a renovation.”

The company uses the new ProKitchen Kitchen and Bath-Oculus software to bring artist renderings of projects to life. The software was named the innovation award winner at the 2017 East Coast Builders Conference.

Clients at their new design center wear the VR glasses and feel as if they are walking through the remodeled room, and customers can make real-time changes to countertops, flooring, cabinets, and lighting fixtures.
