Major Development Deal to Bring CoreLife Eatery to North Carolina

Agreement Will Bring Up to 14 Eateries to Raleigh, Wilmington Markets

April 02, 2018 // Franchising.com // North Carolina, U.S. - An exciting new development agreement will soon bring CoreLife Eatery, an active lifestyle restaurant offering a variety of greens, grains and broth-based dishes, to several North Carolina locations.

CoreLife Eatery has recently signed a development agreement with the Bullard Restaurant Group, a family-operated business headquartered in Raleigh. Brothers Clif and Drew Bullard have an aggressive plan to open up to 14 stores in the Wilmington and Raleigh markets. The Bullard Restaurant Group has a proven record of franchising success and a history of building and bolstering brands like Burger King, Moe’s and more.

The agreement will bring two restaurants to the state in 2018, and at least two more in 2019. Two locations have already been cemented: North Carolina’s first CoreLife Eatery is on track to open in Fayetteville this June, followed by another in Cary that’s projected to open in September.

“My brother Drew and I have more than 70 years of combined experience in the restaurant business. During that time, we’ve worked with several different franchise brands. CoreLife Eatery’s concept is refreshing and unique and it’s one we quickly became excited about,” franchisee Clif Bullard said. “CoreLife Eatery’s focus is on delivering fast, fresh, healthy food. I know this model will be tremendously well received in the Raleigh and Wilmington areas, where many people are very active, health conscious and well educated about fitness and nutrition. We’re looking forward to delivering this concept to North Carolina communities, starting in June with Fayetteville.”

“Clif and Drew Bullard have an impressive, longstanding record of success within the restaurant industry. During our first conversations, it quickly became apparent that they truly believe in CoreLife Eatery and its mission,” Steve Corp, Senior Vice President of Franchise Development for CoreLife Eatery, said. “We’re thrilled to have the Bullard Restaurant Group helping us build one of the best and most promising brands in the country, and we’re confident they will do a fantastic job representing and developing CoreLife Eatery in the State of North Carolina.”

CoreLife Eatery offers a wide variety of fresh ingredients that are transformed into custom-created dishes. All foods are free of trans fats, artificial colors, sweeteners, other artificial additives and GMO’s. The chicken and steak used are sustainably raised and never given antibiotics or hormones, and the bone broth is slow simmered all day for maximum taste and nutrition. Creating a menu that tastes great because it’s healthy is the secret to CoreLife Eatery’s success.

Led by CEO Larry Wilson, the CoreLife Eatery executive team brings individual successes and skill sets to help the restaurant grow to meet the needs of more communities lacking convenient access to healthy and affordable eating alternatives. CoreLife Eatery plans to expand to 300 locations, including both corporate and franchise restaurants, nationwide over the next five years. For more information, please visit www.corelifeeatery.com.
