Dallas-Based Educational Childcare Franchise Promotes Monica Brown to Bolster Brand Growth

Promoted from the brand’s franchise development manager role, Brown’s new director position includes overseeing two departments - marketing and new franchisee administration. Brown, who is unrelated to the founding family, will lead new franchise candidates through the initial discovery stage, while refining each school owners’ local marketing, real estate and growth strategies.

Prior to joining Childrens Lighthouse Learning CenterSM, Brown served as the Franchise Development Coordinator for Gold’s Gym International, where she assisted with the signing of more than 100 franchise agreements. More recently, she served as an administrative secretary with the Richardson Independent School District, where she managed budgets within the health services department. Brown’s role within the public school system inspired her career in early childhood education. With two young children of her own, she continues to be a perfect fit for the Children’s Lighthouse family.
