Not Ready To Retire, Houston Woman Opens Window Genie Franchise

Mary Faller’s Next Chapter Includes Serving The Community By Way Of Home Services, Providing Jobs

CLEAR LAKE, TEXAS (PRWEB) April 30, 2018 - Window Genie announces the grand opening of its newest location in Clear Lake. Mary Faller is the owner. Window Genie is a national home service franchise specializing in residential and light commercial window cleaning, window tinting, pressure washing, gutter cleaning and more. Window Genie will service the southeast Houston communities of Clear Lake, League City, Friendswood, Seabrook, and the surrounding areas.

Before purchasing her Window Genie franchise, Faller worked in the refining and aerospace industries, including a role as an Operations Engineer and OSHA Safety Specialist. After leaving her position in 2016, Faller completed a 500-mile pilgrimage across Spain by herself over a 6-week period where she spent time considering her next move. Upon returning home, she decided to pursue her dream of business ownership after hearing a presentation on franchising. “I feel my time is best spent serving others,” Faller said. Faller frequently participates in Operation Paperback, a program dedicated to sending books to troops overseas, leads a Job Search Ministry, and spent a significant amount of time after hurricane Harvey volunteering at the NRG evacuation center. She said of her search for the right franchise, “I was mostly concerned with going into the type of business that created jobs and filled a real need in the community. I found that through Window Genie.”

Faller is opening her home service business as home owners prepare for a busy spring cleaning season. She said, “I look forward to meeting the people in my community and establishing a customer base I can nurture for years to come. Our growth strategy revolves around my team’s ability to deliver great service that keeps folks coming back to us for more services, year after year. This new chapter in our lives brings a challenge, but I’m excited to finally employ my skills and strengths in a way that benefits me and my family, not someone else’s bottom line.”

Window Genie of Clear Lake is officially open for business. All field technicians are fully trained, insured, bonded, and have passed a background check. For more information, or a free estimate on all services, contact owner Mary Faller at MFaller@windowgenie.com or by calling 281-709-9339.
