Dustin Jones Rejoins Dream Vacations in Newly Created Role, Vice President of Engagement
New role oversees support services and training.
May 11, 2018 // Franchising.com // Fort Lauderdale, Fla. - Dedicated to providing best-in-class support and creating a collaborative culture, Dream Vacations has announced a new leadership position that entirely focuses on the overall engagement of its home-based travel agents. Air Force Veteran Dustin Jones has been announced as Vice President of Engagement.
Jones is responsible for the overall support provided to Dream Vacations franchisees. This includes all agent-facing events, training programs and support services. He will also oversee the engagement strategy which will translate into continued growth and satisfaction of the network.
“I feel like I am returning home to my family as I rejoin Dream Vacations,” said Jones. “I am passionate about developing the best travel agents and helping them take their business to the next level by building upon our connections and how we engage with our network through support, training and networking opportunities. It is important for our agents to know they are in business for themselves, but not by themselves.”
Jones began his career at Dream Vacations in 2011 as a Training Specialist and worked his way up in the organization to Director of Training & Support Services. In 2015, he transferred to parent company World Travel Holdings’ direct-to-consumer division and led his team in the training of new agents while providing ongoing development opportunities.
