AvenueWest Expands to Better Serve the Increasing Demands for Corporate Housing in the Denver Tech Center

LITTLETON, COLO. Rob Mancey, the new franchise owner, has been utilizing AvenueWest Managed Corporate Housing to service the needs of his clients since 2012. He is now combining his experience in relocation, finance, business development, government contracts, corporate housing and real estate sales as the 10th and newest AvenueWest Franchise.

Rob is a passionate connector of people and real estate, and currently serves as the President and Chairman of the Colorado Canada Association. As a real estate broker his slogan is “My Connections, Working for You.” With his new AvenueWest Managed Corporate Housing real estate brokerage he will have the opportunity to grow both his connections and his solutions. Through AvenueWest Denver South his office will support monthly corporate housing, un-furnished residential leasing, real estate acquisitions and investment real estate.

With the growth of Metro Denver and the DTC, Rob has seen how essential corporate housing is to supporting the smooth and successful relocation of both companies and corporate employees.
