“Inspire” Announced as Motivational Theme for Dream Vacations 2018 National Conference Aboard Norwegian Bliss

Home-based travel franchise owners will network and learn ways to take their business to next level

June 29, 2018 // Franchising.com // Fort Lauderdale, Fla. - Travel agents with Dream Vacations, which is part of World Travel Holdings - the world's largest cruise agency and award-winning leisure travel company, will take to the high seas aboard the Norwegian Bliss for their annual award-winning weeklong National Conference. Recognized as the most thorough travel agent training at sea, each year’s National Conference has a theme that revolves around supporting the travel agent network’s efforts and motivating them to develop their business. This year’s theme - INSPIRE - was selected with input from agents on what National Conference theme would be the most meaningful to them.

The theme of INSPIRE will set the tone for the week aboard Norwegian Bliss, and for the coming year. The ultimate goal of travel agents with Dream Vacations is to inspire travel by using their knowledge to deliver a valuable service as they plan their clients dream vacation experiences. The INSPIRE theme will provide direction and inspiration to focus on the future of the evolving travel industry, as well as each individual agent’s business by educating attendees on how they can take the service they provide to the next level, inspire people to travel and see the world, while also sharing best practices and building stronger personal and professional relationships.

Throughout the week, attendees will participate in motivational general sessions; engaging networking events; one-on-one meetings with cruise, resort and tour suppliers; interactive educational workshops; and peer-to-peer brainstorming sessions. They will learn how to leverage the innovative technology advancements, new training programs and robust sales and marketing programs to elevate their businesses.
