Jamba Juice Salutes Folds Of Honor To Build A Brighter Future For Military Families

In-Store Donations to Raise Funds for Student Scholarships

FRISCO, Texas - July 4, 2018 // PRNewswire // - Jamba, Inc. (Nasdaq: JMBA), a leading lifestyle brand whose mission is to inspire and simplify healthy living, announced its second year of partnership with Folds of Honor, a national non-profit committed to providing educational scholarships to children and spouses of veterans killed or disabled while serving our nation.

Jamba Juice is sharing the opportunity with guests across the country to salute service members and their families by making an in-store donation to Folds of Honor at participating Jamba Juice locations. Guests can add $1 or more to their purchase in support of Folds of Honor from July 4 through 31.

"It's an honor to work with an organization whose mission supports military families. We feel privileged to once again partner with Folds of Honor and join with our guests to rally around the cause," said Dave Pace, President and CEO, Jamba Juice. "We salute the men and women who protect our freedom every day."

"We are proud to partner with Jamba for a second year and appreciate their support while we fulfill our mission of providing scholarships to deserving families," said Major Dan Rooney, CEO and Founder of Folds of Honor. "We're inspired every day by our friends and partners, and we look forward to continuing to work together to make life a little easier for military families across the country."

As of July, Folds of Honor will have given out more than $100 million in scholarship funds throughout its 11 years of service. Currently, the organization is receiving more scholarship applications than it can support, but is committed to growing until it can provide educational assistance to each and every military family who needs it. The scholarships provided are used to subsidize the costs of tuition, school books, fees, on-campus room and board, approved educational tutoring, and other approved educational expenses that a student's school may deem appropriate.
