Noodles & Company Prices Follow-On Offering Of Common Stock At $10.00 Per Share
BROOMFIELD, Colo. - July 26, 2018 // GLOBE NEWSWIRE // - Noodles & Company (Nasdaq:NDLS) announced that it has priced its public offering of an aggregate of 8,500,000 shares of Class A common stock (“Common Stock”) at a price of $10.00 per share (the “Offering”). In the Offering, Noodles & Company has agreed to sell 2,500,000 shares of Common Stock and certain of its stockholders have agreed to sell 6,000,000 shares of Common Stock. Noodles & Company will use substantially all of the net proceeds from its sale of shares of Common Stock in the Offering to repay, in part, borrowings under its revolving credit facility. Noodles & Company will not receive any proceeds from the sale of shares of Common Stock by the selling stockholders.
Jefferies LLC, Citigroup and RBC Capital Markets, LLC are acting as joint book-running managers for the Offering. SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, Inc. and C.L. King & Associates, Inc. are acting as co-managers for the Offering. For up to 30 days, the selling stockholders have granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 1,275,000 additional shares of Class A common stock.
