The brand’s newest outpost, located at 15 Federal Road, is part of a multi-unit, statewide franchise deal inked earlier this year. The Brookfield store will introduce The Hummus & Pita Co.’s fresh, authentic Mediterranean fare and viral hummus-based desserts, including Dessert Hummus, Hummus Shakes, and Hummus Ice Cream, to a new legion of fans all across the state of Connecticut.
