Venture X Announces Plans to Open New Facility in Irving, Texas

Las Colinas Community to Benefit by Opening Set for November

WEST PALM BEACH, FL, August 10, 2018 /24-7PressRelease/ -- As the demand for flexible office space grows, Venture X is prepared to meet that need in Texas with the announcement that it will open a new location in the heart of Las Colinas this fall. The nearly 12,000-square-foot business open office space area will be available from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, with 24-hour member access.

Construction just got underway and is expected to be complete for a grand opening in early November at 955 W. John Carpenter Freeway in Irving. The doors will open to any new members as soon as construction is complete.

The modern designed space will have high exposed ceilings (with an industrial loft design), floor-to-ceiling windows and an outdoor patio terrace. There will also be a large lounge area that can host events for up to 100 guests. The new facility also includes a café and a kitchen. This area will attract a diverse membership of entrepreneurs, creative professionals, corporate employees, freelancers, and more. The beautifully designed space will include concierge-style member services, lounge areas, work areas and meeting rooms that are fully equipped with the latest presentation and conference technology.

The shared office spaces will include high-speed Internet service, conference rooms to hold weekly events, secure 24/7 keycard access, and office supplies and equipment. The member's per-month tier pricing is based on community, virtual office, shared desk, and dedicated office space options.

"The new location is easily accessible from Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport and Love Field, there's ample parking, and multiple retailers are within walking distance which makes it a convenient location for members," said Tom Weber, Venture X Brand President. "The Venture X model is upscale, community focused, and provides a professional, creative environment, and is a perfect setting for either a primary or secondary office, especially in today's fast-paced business world."

The project, which cost more than one million-dollars to build, will provide a perfect setting for work, socialization, and networking. According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, sixty-five million people will be freelancers, temps, independent contractors, or entrepreneurs by the year 2020, This means that 40 percent of the workforce will no longer be working out of a traditional office.

Venture X is one of United Franchise Group's (UFG) affiliated companies and brands. Its first location opened in Naples, Florida in 2012. Today, there are 8 locations that have opened and more than 20 in development in the U.S., as well as plans for expansion in Australia, South America, Europe and the Far East.
