Bojangles'® Franchisee to Open First Mobile Restaurant on Monday, August 13
August 24, 2018 // Franchising.com // Charlotte, N.C. - It's almost time ... Bo Time, that is! On Monday, August 13, Bojangles' will celebrate the opening of a new franchise location in Mobile, Ala., located on 3213 Dauphin Street just off I-65.
Founded in 1977, Bojangles' is an icon of the South. Fans crave Bojangles' breakfast, served all day, every day. The brand is also well-known for its one-of-a-kind Big Bo Box® tailgate meals, perfect for enjoying before your favorite high school or college football games. Bojangles' Big Bo Boxes are filled with flavorful chicken; hot, fresh buttermilk biscuits; home-style fixin's (sides), sweet treats, Legendary Iced Tea® and so much more. Of course, all Bojangles' menu items are freshly prepared. No microwaves are used--in fact, Bojangles' restaurants don't even have microwaves.
The new Bojangles' location is owned and operated by licensed Bojangles' franchisee, Angle, Inc. Based in Gautier, Mississippi, the group plans to build and open multiple Bojangles' locations in southern Alabama and southeast Mississippi over the next several years.
On Monday, August 13, doors to the restaurant will open at 6 a.m. At 9 a.m., the franchise group plans a ribbon cutting ceremony with the Mobile Area Chamber of Commerce. For folks who can't wait until Monday to get their Bojangles' fix, the franchise group plans a soft opening on Sunday, August 12. The store will be open during regular business hours (6 a.m. to 10 p.m.).

"Our team is dedicated to bringing customers only the best. Give us a try for breakfast, lunch or dinner and experience for yourself why Bojangles' has such a great following. We look forward to being part of this great community for many years to come." The new Mobile restaurant will feature elements of Bojangles' new restaurant design prototype. This includes a "Biscuit Theater," where customers will be able to witness biscuits being made from scratch every 20 minutes by a certified Bojangles' Master Biscuit Maker.
The location measures approximately 3,800 square feet and will seat more than 60 customers. The franchisee has hired more than 70 full and part-time team members for the restaurant. Hours of operation are from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m., seven days a week.
