The Wisconsin Steak & Brat features steak, Johnsonville brat slices, lettuce, sautéed onions, pickles and tomatoes on freshly baked Italian bread. The Wisconsin Brat & Bacon is served on pretzel bread with Johnsonville brat slices, bacon, sautéed onions and pickles. Both subs feature Wisconsin cheddar cheese and spicy brown mustard.
