September 21, 2018 // Franchising.com // BONITA SPRINGS, Fla.- Oasis Senior Advisors continues to set itself apart. The Bonita Springs-based franchisor has won selection to the GrowFL 2018 Florida Companies to Watch list, an esteemed register of businesses poised for prosperity.

“We’re thrilled to have been honored by GrowFL, and we’re even more excited about what comes next,” Oasis Senior Advisors CEO Tim Evankovich said. “This is a testament to our business model of compassionate, personal service, and to all our franchisees dedicated to helping seniors and their families find the right place to live.”

GrowFL is a nonprofit management consulting organization created as an economic development tool by the state Legislature in 2009. The Florida Companies to Watch list, in its eighth year, identifies 50 enterprises that created quality jobs, enriched communities, broadened new industries, and developed valuable products and services.

The honorees, selected from a pool of more than 500 nominations, are “second-stage” companies, defined by the nonprofit Edward Lowe Foundation as having advanced beyond the startup phase with room still left to grow. Oasis Senior Advisors was founded in 2014 and operates 75 franchises in 28 states throughout the U.S.

“These stand-out companies are all led by entrepreneurs and have demonstrated their capacity and intent to grow,” GrowFL executive director Dr. Tom O’Neal said. “They also all have critical intellectual property or a niche position that gives them a competitive edge in their markets.”

The companies collectively generated nearly $1 billion in revenue and added nearly 1,000 jobs between 2014 and 2017. They project a 50 percent increase in revenue and 40 percent increase in job growth in 2018 compared to 2017.

The honorees will be celebrated at an awards ceremony Feb. 9 at the Straz Center for the Performing Arts in Tampa. For more information, visit growfl.com/flctw18. To learn about how Oasis Senior Advisors meets the growing demand for senior housing and care, visit oasissenioradvisors.com.
