MaidPro Once Again Makes Entrepreneur’s Top Company Cultures List
MaidPro is one of only 150 U.S. companies with high-performance cultures named on Entrepreneur Magazine’s third annual Top Company Cultures List.
BOSTON (PRWEB) October 17, 2018 - MaidPro is one of only 150 U.S. companies with high-performance cultures named on Entrepreneur Magazine’s third annual Top Company Cultures List. This is the second year that MaidPro ranked on the list and was one of only two companies in the cleaning and maintenance sector.
Co-sponsored by Entrepreneur and employee engagement platform Energage, the list recognizes companies that have set goals that go beyond making money; for example, companies that motivate, inspire, and empower their workers to do more, according to the Entrepreneur website.
Companies were ranked on the list based on employee surveys covering 24 factors in seven different areas, including: alignment, effectiveness, connection, management, engagement, leadership and basics, including pay, benefits and training.
MaidPro, with 60 U.S. employees, ranked 32nd amongst the 75 small companies on the list and was the only small company in the cleaning and maintenance sector that was recognized. Companies on the list were divided into three size categories: 75 small companies with 35-74 employees; 50 medium (75-299 employees); and 25 large (300 or more employees).
