Senior Living Expert Signs Franchise Development Agreement in Sonoma County, California

October 22, 2018 // Franchising.com // CHICO, CALIF. - Seniors in Sonoma County will soon have a team of professionals in place to help guide the important and often complex process of selecting the right residential care solution when living independently is no longer possible. Community Care Options, a 20-year veteran in Senior Living referral services, announces today the signing of a new franchise agreement in Sonoma County, Calif. The new franchise location, owned by franchise partners Lisa and Chris DiBartolo, anticipates beginning operations Fall of 2018, joining two existing corporate locations in Chico, Calif. and Fort Myers, Fla.

“This year, we’ve expanded beyond our corporate operations in California and Florida to open our first Community Care Options Senior Referral Service franchises in in Sonoma County,” says Greg Asher, Managing Director of Franchise Sales, Community Care Options. “We’re particularly excited to forge this new relationship with Lisa and Chris DiBartolo given their knowledge of the Sonoma market and deep expertise in Senior Living operations.”

Lisa DiBartolo brings more than 20 years of experience in Senior Living. Her roles have included assisted living marketing and management, as well as home care client management. Her experience in these roles gives her a deep understanding of the market and ensures she can help her clients find the right fit, one that matches lifestyle, care needs and budget.
