HomeSmart International Welcomes First North Carolina Franchise

No. 7 ranked real estate franchisor expands into North Carolina with new franchise

October 29, 2018 // Franchising.com // CHAPEL HILL, N.C. - HomeSmart International is pleased to announce HomeSmart Expert Realty is the newest franchise to align with the fast-growing real estate brand. This is the first HomeSmart franchise to open in North Carolina, which is one of more than twenty new franchise locations added in 2018.

Led by broker/owner Jonathan Edmiston, the new brokerage will serve agents and consumers in Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill and Charlotte. Edmiston joined HomeSmart with 19 years of experience in the real estate industry, including a strong background in construction and flipping investment properties.
