New Hotel in South Bend Brings a Sophisticated Feel to a Vibrant City

The sophisticated and contemporary Embassy Suites by Hilton South Bend at Notre Dame is at the center of excitement, located directly across the street from the University of Notre Dame and steps away from the Notre Dame football stadium. Owned by a joint venture involving Kite Realty Group Trust (NYSE: KRG) and managed by Hilton Management Services, this upscale hotel is a 164 all-suite property consisting of two-room suites and is a 10-minute drive from University Park Mall, Potawatomi Zoo and Studebaker National Museum. The hotel is the newest addition to Eddy Street Commons at the University of Notre Dame, South Bend’s premiere lifestyle destination offering a variety of restaurants, retail shops, office space, and residential living.
