About 1st Class Real Estate

1st Class Real Estate was founded in 2013 with just a handful of agents. That one office has quickly grown to four branch locations with over 200 people strong in 2018. This franchise model has the software, systems, procedures, and PEOPLE in place for every process you can think of including office operations, staff procedures, lead generation, marketing & branding, closing coordination, inside sales agents, agent training, and more!  We have centralized all of our support staff at our Resource Center located in Virginia Beach and bundled all of our services together with an infrastructure to support a new real estate entrepreneur at a very low-cost/low-risk approach to being able to start their own real estate business!
