St. Paul DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen Wins Magazine’s Top 2018 Award for Innovation

December 10, 2018 // Franchising.com // DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen of Saint Louis Park, owned and operated by the husband and wife team Lynn and Sandy Monson, has been named one of the top design innovators for 2018 by Kitchen and Bath Design Magazine, the trade’s leading business resource.

The couple and their remodeling business are no stranger to awards, having won almost 90 local and national awards, both here and abroad, in recent years.

The franchise was added to an existing interior design business in 1997, says Lynn, adding that design innovation is one of the core services that he provides clients, says Lynn.

“This is a terrific honor. The competition for a Top Innovator award is, understandably, pretty fierce. Innovation is an essential part of what I provide my clients, as it is at all DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen franchises across the country – It’s what continues to make the company such a success.”

Sandy, a designer, and Lynn, have been providing design/build services in the Minneapolis - St. Paul area since 1980.

“Over the past 17 years, our company has become a recognized and reputable name in the Twin Cities remodeling market. Our company and our projects have received a number of major industry awards and have also been profiled by many trade and consumer publications,” says Sandy. “Every award is special to us, but this one is a real validation of our creativity – and that’s major.”
