Grand Opening Celebration of Motto Mortgage Prosperity

Community invited to party on December 17

DENVER - Dec. 13, 2018 // PRNewswire // - Motto Mortgage, an innovative mortgage brokerage franchise focused on transparency and compliance, announced a new office is now open in coastal Delaware. Motto Mortgage Prosperity will hold a grand opening celebration for the public in Milton, Delaware on Monday, December 17, at 1 p.m. at 16394 Paynters Mill Blvd. The celebratory mixer will include a ribbon cutting, mortgage and real estate education, and an office meet-and-greet. Local business leaders will be in attendance and the event will feature Ward Morrison, president of Motto Franchising, LLC as a special guest speaker.

The Oldfather Group of Sotheby's International Realty, one of southern Delaware' largest residential real estate teams, recently announced the addition of the mortgage brokerage to their portfolio. The new endeavor will allow the company to offer 'one-stop shopping' to its growing list of clients.
