Cindy Capobianco and Mike Jones Bring Nation’s First and Fastest-Growing Tree Service Franchise to Fayetteville, Rogers and Surrounding Areas

Business entrepreneurs Cindy Capobianco and Mike Jones have purchased the rights to a Monster Tree Service territory in Northwest Arkansas, covering Fayetteville, Bentonville and surrounding areas. The husband-and-wife team aims to officially launch their business in early March.

Capobianco and Jones each possess unique business backgrounds that will contribute to their long-term success at Monster Tree Service. Capobianco has a degree in Food Marketing and worked for Kellogg’s for more than 12 years. Throughout her career, she primarily focused on marketing and sales. Jones also worked at Kellogg’s, although his background is in supply chain and operations. After earning his MBA, Jones traveled around the country working his way up the corporate ladder with Kellogg’s.

The couple was living in Northwest Arkansas when they decided they were ready for a change. After several years of saving, Capobianco and Jones decided to break away from the corporate world and travel full time. For two years, the couple visited 39 states and even lived in Japan and South America for a while. Now, the husband-and-wife team is ready to pursue their next adventure of small business ownership.
