Austin Based Real Estate Company Southwest Realty Advisors, LLC Affiliates With Century 21 Real Estate

February 28, 2019 // Franchising.com // Under the leadership of business owner Reed Coleman, Southwest Realty Advisors, LLC, an Austin-based virtual real estate company, announced today that it has chosen to affiliate with the CENTURY 21® System and will now conduct business as CENTURY 21 Realty Advisors. The company will be setting up a home base company office in Austin and will continue to provide full-service brokerage real estate services to buyers and sellers throughout the state of Texas. The company will now benefit from the world-class marketing, agent learning, and educational resources, technology and productivity tools provided by the iconic CENTURY 21 brand, allowing its agents to deliver a much better customer experience.

Mr. Coleman began his career in the real estate industry right after college in 2002 working in commercial real estate appraisal and commercial brokerage. In 2011, he opened Southwest Realty Advisors LLC, a full-service commercial appraisal, brokerage and consulting firm. After years of building up a strong army of agents, Mr. Coleman affiliated the brokerage arm of his company with Century 21 Real Estate; the brand's extensive technology and tool offerings will enable his agents to become much more effective and productive.

CENTURY 21 Realty Advisors will focus on growing its Austin based business and will continue to serve customers in diverse communities throughout Texas, including Austin, Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston, San Antonio and Killeen and their surrounding areas.
