Rush Bowls Reaches New Milestone; Inks 100th Store Deal

March 27, 2019 // Franchising.com // BOULDER, Colo. - Two years after launching its franchise opportunity, Rush Bowls - a fast-casual restaurant chain known for its meals-in-a-bowl crafted from the finest fruits and vegetables, topped with granola and honey, and blended with protein, vitamins and other nutritious ingredients – has inked a deal bringing Rush Bowls to over 100 units in development, a significant company milestone as the brand expands throughout the United States and internationally.

Signed Andy Wimmer for three units in Columbus, OH, the development deal joins a slew of development announcements across 17 states and Canada, totaling over 100 stores open or under development. The company expects at least 40 units to be open by the end of 2019.

Founded in 2004, Rush Bowls offers meals crafted from all-natural fruit, topped with organic granola and honey, and blended with protein, vitamins and other nutritious ingredients that taste delicious while promoting a healthy lifestyle. Customers can choose from over 40 signature bowls or all-natural smoothies made with fruit and vegetable bases, including acai, kale and avocado.
