Celebrity’s Soul Food Selects N3 Real Estate for its 200-Store National Roll-Out

May 28, 2019 // Franchising.com // Ocala, FL - Celebrity’s Soul Food, Beverly Hills, CA, has engaged N3 Real Estate and affiliates, Southlake, TX, as its exclusive national developer and master broker for the United States. N3 will be responsible for all aspects of Celebrity’s real estate selection and development process across the country. With 200 units planned within the next 24 months, founders Dr. Fredrick Jacobs (aka Dr. J, The Counselor) and Taja Jacobs, along with their franchisee partners, will bring soul food cuisine to the nation in a classy and elegant atmosphere that treats everyone as a star with celebrity status.

Dr. J’s philanthropic work will include hosting celebrity cooking classes with kids and families who are in need, in addition to creating donation days to help give back into communities where food is a top priority.

Celebrity’s Soul Food is anticipating the opening of 200 locations with gross projected sales of $450 million dollars within the next 24 months.

N3 is actively seeking endcaps (3,500SF) and free-standing restaurant locations (up to 7,000 SF) suitable for a fast-casual format in upscale areas across the U.S. Dominant retail centers and corridors required. Proximity to strong daytime and residential population, $60,000+ average household income and a minimum of 35,000 VPD is required. Centers and buildings chosen must compliment Celebrity’s sleek, modern design elements.
