Engel & Völkers Continues Northeast Florida Expansion

Corey Hasting obtains Engel & Völkers franchise rights to Jacksonville market, expanding his previous presence with Engel & Völkers Jacksonville Beach

JACKSONVILLE, FLA. (PRWEB) May 28, 2019 - Engel & Völkers today announced license partner Corey Hasting has obtained the Engel & Völkers franchise rights to the Jacksonville, Florida market, expanding his previous presence in Jacksonville Beach. Hasting first opened Engel & Völkers Jacksonville Beach in early 2018.

“This was always the goal,” said Hasting. “When I decided to take the leap of opening my own brokerage, I knew I needed to partner with an exceptional brand like Engel & Völkers to achieve my aspirations. This expansion will allow us to best serve the Jacksonville market.”

Since Engel & Völkers Jacksonville Beach opened for business in April 2018, it has grown to 19 advisors, closed 120 transactions year to date, has a current inventory of 102 listings and is on track to hit $185 million in volume by years end. Hasting’s recruiting philosophy consists of a set of standards that potential advisors must meet in order to be considered; that includes minimum production numbers, work ethic and professional energy. Hasting plans to continue this vigorous trend as he expands his operations with Engel & Völkers Jacksonville.
