Detail Garage to Open New Retail Location in Pensacola

June 10, 2019 // Franchising.com // PENSACOLA, Fla. - Detail Garage®, the destination store for people who love their cars, is opening a new location in the Florida Panhandle. The new Pensacola store will celebrate its grand opening beginning at 9 a.m. Saturday, June 15, at 5007 North Davis Highway, Suite 9, Pensacola.

The grand opening celebration will include raffles, giveaways and discounts on products, as well as food and music.

Store owners Jon and Elizabeth Shaw formerly were wholesalers for Chemical Guys car care products. The owners of Chemical Guys founded Detail Garage. “I really believe in the products and wanted to share them with the rest of our community,” said John Shaw. “Plus, I wanted to share my knowledge of detailing.”

Shaw, who said he has always been a car guy, co-owns the business with his wife, Elizabeth.

Detail Garage sells premium, quality and professional auto detailing and car care products, including soaps, waxes, cleaners, equipment and accessories. Detail Garage sells brands such as Chemical Guys, Smartwax, TORQ and Hex-Logic.

Like all Detail Garage locations, the Pensacola store will offer in-store education and host do-it-yourself workshops to help people understand the proper way to care for their vehicles. Detail Garage locations also serve as gathering places for individuals who share a passion for cars and keeping them clean.

The Pensacola store will be open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday.
