Crunch Fitness Texas Announces New Partnership With Culture Index

Proven business expert Jason Williford to work directly with CEO Tony Hartl

AUSTIN, TEXAS (PRWEB) June 25, 2019 - Crunch Franchise announced today a new partnership with Culture Index, a strategic advisory firm specializing in talent acquisition and retention. This move comes on the heels of Crunch’s unprecedented growth in Texas. The latest Lone Star locations slated for Fall 2019 openings are Tyler, League City and Corpus Christi. This will bring 120 more jobs to Hartl’s Crunch Fitness locations across Central Texas, which are all operated by Undefeated Tribe.

Hartl says he is especially excited about the new partnership with Culture Index and the impact it will have on Crunch’s most important resource, its people. Hartl will work directly with Jason Williford, a proven business expert who is licensed with Culture Index through his company, Trailblazer Enterprises. Williford previously served as CEO at Willco Landscaping, where he oversaw growth from $70K to $1.8 million.

“The biggest leading indicator to any success are the people,” Williford said. Hartl has already successfully opened Crunch locations in Waco and Killeen, Texas, and plans to bring a total of 21 Crunch gyms to the Austin and Central Texas area over the next five years. As the founder and former CEO of Planet Tan in Dallas, Hartl used profiling methods to reach the highest revenue on average store basis in the history of the tanning industry. Now he’s set his sights on breaking records in the fitness world. “With so many new faces coming to the Crunch team, I want to make sure we are finding the right people for the right roles, and nurturing the best talent for the long term.
