Pirtek USA Expands Locations, Now Includes Hydraulic Hose Service In Tallahassee, Pensacola

New north Florida Pirtek locations provide hydraulic and industrial hose services for a variety of industries, including construction, heavy equipment

July 05, 2019 // Franchising.com // Rockledge, FL, USA - Pirtek USA has two new locations in northern Florida: Pirtek Tallahassee and Pirtek Pensacola.

Led by the spousal team of owner Sarah Hazel and Steve Morris, the locations will pursue work typical of Pirtek. This includes manufacturing, recycling, construction and rental equipment. In addition, the team will be on hand to service bulldozers and other machinery engaged in hurricane cleanup that might be necessary in the future.

“In the event of such a storm hitting the area, we want to be available to help with the aftermath,” Morris said. “Besides that, our customers will be consistent with the service Pirtek generally provides. Between the green spaces, there’s the typical construction and industrial that we want to target.”

Pirtek provides hydraulic and industrial hose replacement sales and services. There are now 17 locations throughout Florida, with 85 Pirtek franchises and a fleet of Mobile Service Vehicles throughout the country. Globally, Pirtek has more than 400 locations and 2,000 Mobile Service Vehicles in 23 countries.

Pirtek Tallahassee is a full, Tier 1 location with a brick-and-mortar Service & Supply Center at 301-A Commerce Blvd., Midway, FL 32343. Pirtek Pensacola is a Tier 2, mobile-only location.

The Tier 2 model of Pirtek franchise ownership allows a franchisee to reduce startup costs by keeping the inventory in a small warehouse or storage facility and leasing two vehicles. In three years, Tier 2 owners typically transition the business into a fully staffed Tier 1 location.
