Thailand Tatler Top 20 Listing for Jahn Restaurant at Conrad Koh Samui

July 25, 2019 // Franchising.com // Conrad Koh Samui is celebrating the latest recognition for the hotel’s award-winning Jahn restaurant. Jahn is listed 7th in the Thailand Tatler Top 20 restaurants for 2019. This is the highest listing achieved by a restaurant at a Hilton property in Thailand.

More than 230 restaurants are featured in the 18th annual edition of the Thailand Tatler Best Restaurants dining guide. Each outlet featured in the book was reviewed anonymously and rated in four categories: food, setting, drinks and service.

Jahn is the culinary jewel in the Conrad Koh Samui’s crown, presenting exceptional culinary journeys featuring contemporary Thai cuisine in a luxurious candle-lit dining room seating up to 28 guests. Jahn enjoys stunning twilight views through floor-to-ceiling windows of the daily sunsets and the shimmering waters of the Gulf of Thailand.

The Thailand Tatler dining guide describes Jahn as “flying the flag for fine dining on Koh Samui,” stating that “contemporary Thai cuisine is created using traditional techniques and the best of international seasonal ingredients. Authentic flavours and an achingly pretty setting combine to make dining here an unforgettable experience.” The judges gave Jahn the remarkable score of 94 out of 100.

We have worked extremely hard to enhance the restaurant’s reputation for classic fine dining Thai cuisine and I believe that this listing is richly deserved. Jahn restaurant has picked up an impressive string of awards over the past eight years. Last year, Jahn was named Regional Winner, Fine Dining Cuisine and Continent Winner, Luxury Resort Restaurant in the World Luxury Restaurant Awards 2018. Jahn has also been recognised consistently in the Thailand Tatler Best Restaurants dining guide.
