Venture X® Opening First North Carolina Location
Coworking Enters Affluent Ballantyne Neighborhood in Charlotte
July 31, 2019 // Franchising.com // CHARLOTTE, N.C. - Venture X, a premium membership-based workspace community for entrepreneurs and businesses, will be opening its first facility in North Carolina in the affluent Charlotte suburb of Ballantyne. Franchisee Kamal (KD) Rama announced that construction of the modern 25,000-square-foot building at 3540 Toringdon Way in Charlotte should be completed by mid-November.
Venture X is inspired by boutique hospitality brands where relationships, consistent quality, and value-added offerings are the cornerstone of the membership experience. Its best-in-class working environment is very appealing to corporate clients and professionals from all levels. This is displayed in the diversity of its membership that ranges from entrepreneurs, creative professionals, and freelancers, to remote workers, startups, non-profits, small businesses, and teams from Fortune 500 companies.
Venture X Ballantyne-Toringdon will be a destination where members can connect with one another in a thriving community environment that inspires creativity, networking, and business growth. It will provide customized, high-end service solutions that meet the needs of today’s on-the-go business world.
This Venture X project became a reality thanks to real estate service provider, Savills, represented by Dan Woodley and Colon Reed, and Trinity Capital investment advisors Jennifer Kurtz and Rhea Green.
“It’s a perfect work location for small business professionals and large corporate teams requiring coworking office spaces with flexible terms,” said Rama. “This beautiful facility will be spacious and accommodating, offering complimentary coffee and breakfast to members, as well as evening hospitality and networking events for the entire community.”
According to Rama, the location is ideal. “Within a five-mile radius, there are ample restaurants, hotels, gyms, and schools, making this the perfect site for anyone seeking a satellite office in an upscale area,” he said. “The location is made-to-order for professionals needing additional office space and more flexibility in a mixed-use business park.” On build-out, there will be sufficient space to accommodate private offices with up to 22 desks.
“As we continue to expand our brand throughout the country, we’re very excited to enter the North Carolina market,” said Jason Anderson, president of Venture X. “The evolution of shared workspaces is the future of the nation’s workforce and we are extremely pleased to become a part of Ballantyne’s entrepreneurial spirit.”
